Topic: Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting. What this means for you and your business

New Federal regulations established by the Corporate Transparency Act have created a beneficial ownership reporting requirement within the United States. Beginning on January 1, 2024, many companies within the U.S. will have to report information about their beneficial owners directly with FinCEN, a bureau of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

This law applies to both existing businesses as well as newly established ones, all business owners must understand their obligations under the new reporting requirements.
