For one night only, award winning singer/songwriter and pianist Anj Granieri comes “home” to the Gateway Playhouse to combine her music, spoken word poetry, story-telling and humor into a one-woman-show that invites the audience into the heart of her life, and the heart-wrenching, comedic, beautiful journey of the creative process. “An Evening with Anj” will be an intimate evening that promises to stir your heart and leave you inspired. Granieri was the youngest composer to sign a contract with the Oprah Winfrey Show, has opened for Grammy Award Winning artist John Legend, and her music has shared album space with Amy Winehouse. Her music has been featured on the CW network, and she was the winner of the VH1 Song of the Year contest and The Great American Songwriting contest.
