DESCRIPTION:The Somers Point Zoning Board consists of seven regular members and two alternates. Professionals to the Board include an attorney\, a consulting engineer\, and a zoning officer. \nThe Zoning Board of Adjustment has the authorization to interpret and construe the developmental regulations of the City of Somers Point. They may grant a variance to allow a structure or use in a district where such a use or structure is not permitted.
