DESCRIPTION:Edgardo Cintron’s Mambo Magic\nEdgardo Cintron with:\nDr. Don Collins – Trombone\nJohn Katz – Tenor Sax\nBob Ferguson – Trumpet\nAlex Figueroa\nHector Rios – Congas\nFreddy Martin – Piano\nBobby Cabanas – Bass\nCuquito de la Salsa – Lead Vocalist \nPercussionist Edgardo Cintron is a second-generation Puerto Rican and a second-generation musician. Known as much for his affable personality and generous spirit as for his tasty musicianship\, Edgardo has created his new band mambo magic in 2023 featuring the music of the great Tito Puente\, Ray Barretto\, Eddie Palmieri\, Spyra Gyra and more. \nIn this Band Mambo Magic\, features some of the most amazing musicians in the area\, Dr Don Collins on Trombone\, on tenor Sax John Katz\, Bob Ferguson Trumpet\, Alex Figueroa\, Hector Rios Congas\, Freddy Martin Piano\, Bobby Cabanas Bass\, lead Vocalist Cuquito de la Salsa\, directly from Puerto Rico. \nThe Band was at the Clifford Brown Jazz festival in 2022 and had the crowd on there feet dancing the whole time\, what amazing concert. We want to bring that same energy to the Somers point\, To the summer beach concert series this June 2023. The band is getting ready to perform major festivals along the East Coast\, performing high energy Mambo and Latin Jazz. \nEdgardo has put together some amazing bands\, Tiempo Noventa in the 80 and the 90\, In 2001 Edgardo put together High-powered Band\, Cintron\, the band performed for over 22 years\, Performing festivals all around the country and the Caribbean. One of the hit songs recorded by Cintron was called Suavecito on the universal Record label\, to this day Suavecito video filmed in Florida has 1.2 million views on YouTube\, \nEdgardo and the band are looking forward performing and seeing all the fans at the Somers Point Beach Concert June 14th. It is going to be an amazing night of music.
