Ambler Road\, Somers Point. \nBring a cup of coffee or tea\, and join Shana Kestrel for this free monthly meet-up presented by the Somers Point Arts Commission for anyone seeking inspiration and community connection through creativity in a supportive environment. Every month Shana will guide you through a different mindfulness exercise that will segway into several timed writing prompts\, followed by a group discussion and optional sharing.
