Somers Point Community Education & Recreation (CER) Free Children’s Tree Trimming Afternoon

The CER will host a free Children’s Tree Trimming Afternoon from 12-2 p.m. at the Senior Citizen Center, 22 North Ambler Road. Kids will learn about the way trees were decorated in Early America, using traditional materials such as fruits, “candlesticks” and fabric. The decorations they create will be hung on the Somers Mansion tree in preparation for the Somers Mansion Tree Lighting on Saturday, December 7.
