60 minutes of Gentle Yoga. What better way to untie all the knots in your mind & body after a long day. Best of all, you get to enjoy a beautiful sunset. All Levels Welcome! Donation Based!!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Comfortable yoga attire, A beach towel, Water bottle and An open mind.
LOCATION: Somers Point Beach, between Higbee and New Jersey Avenues on Bay Avenue, Somers Point, NJ 08244.
